1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using BadiZvezda.eu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
BadiZvezda.eu provides a conversational interface to third-party artificial intelligence models.
- AI Interaction Notice: You acknowledge that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a human being.
- No Professional Advice: AI responses are generated algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies. The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult licensed professionals.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You strictly agree not to use BadiZvezda.eu to:
- Generate, transmit, or facilitate unlawful content, hate speech, or child exploitation materials.
- Exploit vulnerabilities to cause harm, harassment, or deception.
- Conduct non-consensual surveillance, malicious automation, or abusive targeting.
- Attempt to circumvent security mechanisms, scrape data, or exhaust platform quotas maliciously.
4. Paid Subscriptions, Account Deletion & Strict No-Refund Policy
Paid plans (Basic at £5.00/month, Pro at £15.00/month) are billed on a recurring monthly cycle via our payment partner Whop.
- Voluntary Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings. Deleting your account immediately and permanently erases your user record, credentials, quotas, and saved conversations from our database.
- Immediate Revocation & Recurring Billing Termination: Upon deleting your account, any active subscription is immediately revoked, and your recurring membership on Whop is automatically canceled to prevent future charges.
- Strict No-Refund Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused time, remaining credit allowance, or partial billing periods under any circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property & Output Rights
You retain all ownership rights to any prompts you submit. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the text outputs generated for you by the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BadiZvezda.eu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
