Acceptance of terms

Welcome to BadiZvezda AI. By accessing or using our routing interfaces, workspace tools, applications, or API pathways, you agree to be bound legally by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you are prohibited from accessing the platform or using any of our dynamic services.

Your access is conditioned upon compliance with these terms and our Privacy Policy. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and the BadiZvezda AI development team.

Summary of system boundaries

To keep BadiZvezda AI running fairly, we enforce strict system boundaries. Below is an overview of core usage criteria:

Acceptable use and strict system abuse limits

You agree to use BadiZvezda AI only for lawful purposes. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any activities that threaten the safety, utility, or infrastructure of our platform. You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose, or to promote, write about, or organize illegal acts.
• Attempt to bypass our rate limits, interface security measures, system firewalls, or prompt routing parameters.
• Initiate cyberattacks, DDoS attempts, penetration scans, or system probes against our server arrays.
• Reverse-engineer, clone, decompile, or steal any unique routing algorithms, layout designs, or software assets compiled by BadiZvezda AI.
• Post prompts or inputs designed to exploit backdoors, bypass safety filters, or prompt-inject underlying routing APIs.

No automated interaction or account automation

BadiZvezda AI is built exclusively for human-interactive evaluation. Any script, macro, automation, bot, or machine integration designed to parse inputs, auto-login, simulate clicks, or act as an API bridge is strictly forbidden.

• You may not use browser automation tools, extensions, web scrapers, or console scripts to send automated chats.
• You may not construct or market third-party API wrappers or interfaces that route through your BadiZvezda AI user account.
• Any automated account traffic will trigger immediate security blocks, including comprehensive hardware, IP, and fingerprint blacklisting.

Absolute termination rights and user bans

We reserve the ultimate right to manage who can access our network. Your account, interface access, IP address block, and chat history can be permanently terminated, disabled, wiped, or banned at any time for any reason or no reason at all, entirely at our sole discretion, without any prior warning, notification, or liability.

Reasons for immediate termination include but are not limited to system abuse, automation detections, toxicity, safety bypasses, payment disputes, hosting cost constraints, or simply scaling down support for certain accounts.

Dynamic limits and changes to service packages

BadiZvezda AI is an adaptive routing platform. To manage system overhead, processing fees, and host resources, we reserve the right to alter the configuration, availability, and specific boundaries of any tier:

• We may modify, decrease, or limit the daily, hourly, or prompt limits of any free or paid plans at any time for any reason without prior notice.
• We utilize dynamic queue management. This means your query rate-limits, speed priority, and available models are dynamically throttled or scaled down on the fly in response to high server load or server traffic events.
• We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific model. AI models can be removed, swapped, or restricted within any plan at any time.

Payment policies and strict refund rules

Your subscription payments go toward pre-allocated model routing bandwidth and operating server costs. Therefore, payments are fundamentally non-refundable:

• There are no standard, guaranteed, or automatic refunds for unused plan tokens, dynamic down-scaling, or account termination due to policy violations.
• Refunds will only be considered in exceptionally unique and critical system situations, which are evaluated and decided on a case-by-case basis at the absolute discretion of our support team.
• If your account is terminated or banned for violating our acceptable use guidelines, you forfeit all remaining balances, subscription runtimes, and routing allocations without recourse.

Uptime disclaimers and unplanned service downtime

Our platform aggregates external, third-party model APIs that are subject to independent outages. Additionally, we periodically update our routing engine and web-facing servers. Therefore:

• BadiZvezda AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We offer zero guarantees, warranties, or SLAs regarding availability, routing latency, or system uptime.
• The system may experience total or partial downtime at any time, for any duration, for any reason (including infrastructure maintenance, cyberattacks, API outages, or developer updates) entirely without prior notice or warnings.
• You agree that BadiZvezda AI holds absolutely no financial, legal, or operational liability for any lost production, data loss, incomplete chats, or system downtime.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, along with any disputes or legal claims arising out of your use of our workspace, are governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any legal dispute arising from this contract.
